    1. Review for Naruto - PART 1 (Vol. #1 to Vol. #27) Overall rating: 3.0 Before I jump into the dirty list of everything that is wrong with Naruto, I want to make it clear that despite its flaws, Naruto is very close to my heart and I will always go back to reading it. Naruto was a very integral part of my childhood and he helped me cope with bullying as a kid more than any real person ever did. I read Naruto before I even read Harry Potter. It had a strong influence on my value system. Courage, sta [...]

    2. I just finished reading this book. It only took me a few days to read it (about 5 days). Since I have already seen the series and just began reading the manga, I already know the main storyline. However, reading the book is much more gratifying! There are many details that I missed or overlooked because they weren't included in the anime (or at least not in the same ways). Overall, this book is AMAZING! It is awesome that it is the combination of three volumes of Naruto in one book! It did not t [...]

    3. This series ran for an absurd amount of volumes (over seventy!), but after several years I decided to do a re-evaluation. It still holds up, solid as a curse seal. Though there is some definite loss of momentum in the second half of the series, and I'll probably never finish it. I mean, there's seventy-something books. Most who would want to read this already have, so I'm kind of preaching to the choir, but here goes anyway.Story is mostly great but does meander sometimes - the characters are wha [...]

    4. I really want to read this series all the way through and see what happens since in the past I catch up to the current volume then forget to go back and read the new ones as they came out.

    5. At first everyone hates Naruto because of his foolishness, and irresponsible being. I learned a lot about Naruto between the first two chapters, and you grasp his personality and the way he lives. What I really like about him, personally, is his attitude towards life and the way he strives to become the best "shinobi", greatest ninja of the village, to get the title "hokage" which is the best of the best. In the same chapters we get introduced to Master Iruka which is Naruto's teacher for his tr [...]

    6. I read the entire manga series in 2015-2016, but I am only now starting to collect the books. Naruto will always be one of my all time favorite series, ranked right up there with Harry Potter. The dates I'm putting up here are the dates I read the volumes I bought for my collection, with the exception of Vol. 47, 48, 50, 54 and the Character Data book; all of which I've owned since I first started the seriesI would recommend this series for anyone who loves adventure, fun and epic story lines. A [...]

    7. Holy shit, coming back to this series after claiming to hate it for so long, I can really see why I enjoyed it when I picked up my first copy of the American Shonen Jump. Kishimoto's art was fantastic before he stopped caring when Naruto himself aged a couple years, and the series suffered from everyone looking the same (I think, I didn't really ever read or watch that far, because it looked stale compared to the earlier arcs). God damn, this series had so much promise when it was teen-wizards-r [...]

    8. 3.5/4 stars? This was good. The beginning was a bit slow, but when it got down to the action I'm really enjoying it. I like Naruto. He's determined and funny, admirable. Sasuke and Kakashi are interesting, and I think learning about their characters throughout the series will cool. I'll be honest, I'm having a bit of trouble connecting with Sakura, so far she just comes across as a Sasuke Fangirl and nothing more to me, though she is obviously intelligent. I look forward to reading the next set o [...]

    9. Gah! I love this series. The translation in this book is crap though. Still giving it 5 stars because the story is amazing, but this version is way too Westernized and played down for a younger audience. I love how much the characters grow and change in just 3 volumes. Naruto's development is, of course, the most obvious but Sakura and Sasuke each have their own fantastic development. The world and story are so richly designed and I loved every second of this manga.

    10. This story introduces a child named Naruto who has a demon trapped inside of him. In this manga Naruto becomes a junior ninja and is trained with two other kids by an elite ninja.•Cons- The pacing in this book is a little off with a couple of slow moments. Also some of the characters are introduced very quickly and seemingly out of nowhere.•Lots of blood, some minor bad language, and a few sexual scenes.•Pros- This is a fun adventure book with an enthralling plot and a variety of character [...]

    11. Naruto starts off as a no-good troublemaker in his home town who does anything to get attention. As his teachers start to help him more and support him through their own special means Naruto both gets stronger and matures at a rapid pace. Yet when he's faced with tragedy he threatens to lose control of what he was made to posses.

    12. Naruto is still kind of impulsive and childish but you can already see that he has all the best intentions. He reminds me a little of Deku from BNHA and I looove these stories. Plus, I am already trash for Kakashi. The older ninja are really cool.

    13. It's a great beginning to a story. I've read the first part of this series a few times, but this time I actually own all of it, so I'm looking forward to finishing it. Recommended for anyone looking for a good adventure story with well developed characters.

    14. Naruto talks about a young child who has the spirit of a nine-tailed demon fox sealed within him. He is a poor student and orphaned, and he goes to a Ninja Academy. This book talks about coming-of-age and some fantasy.

    15. This is a collect of the first 3 volumes of Naruto! Now, the series gets off to a slow start! HOWEVER! Volume 3 introduces danger, enemies and Haku/Zabuza! These two are my favorite villains. Ah, reliving the good old teen years! (Never did do the Naruto run!)

    16. I really enjoyed this! The action was a little hard to visually follow at times, but the character development was far superior to something like Dragon Ball Z, Vol. 1: The World's Greatest Team. There was a lot less wasted time and the characters felt like real people, despite all their abilities. I would like to see more out of the girl, Sakura, but otherwise am totally on board with this series.

    17. Omg I'm so in love with this manga. Ha ha believe it or not, sasuke is actually my favorite so far.

    18. I like this manga so much. I've always liked the show and now I'm going back to the times when I used to watch it. I'm definitely going to continue reading the rest of tve volumes.

    19. Actual Rating: 4.5 StarsIt took me a while to get into the story, but once I did I thoroughly enjoyed it! I like how detailed this manga is compared to all the others I've read in the past. I know this is considered a classic manga series, and I can see why. The story truly is wonderful and exciting.

    20. Naruto is an orphan in his village of ninjas. The whole village has picked on him his whole life, and it's turned Naruto into a troublemaking jokester. This village owes its survival to the Fourth Hokage, or leader, of their village. About 15 years ago, a nine-tailed fox demon was on the verge of destroying the village when he saved them all by sealing the spirit of the demon away. After graduating from the ninja academy, Naruto discovers that the fox demon was actually sealed inside his body. S [...]

    21. Volume 1:I always find myself thinkingOf course we start the volume off with Chapter 1: Uzumaki, Naruto. We are given a brief explanation of a monster nine-tailed demon fox attacking the village of Konoha(village Hidden in the Leaves). Then we are zoomed to present day events which shows our trouble making protagonist, Naruto. He has graffiti-ed the Hokage mountain that is a monument of the village leaders. As we continue to read we find out that Naruto isn't the model student, and that he doesn' [...]

    22. this book is g. i like this book cuz it´s like the show and and has a lot of action and blood and fighting. but i dont like how it has to end of a cliff hanger, but i already now what happens cuz i watched the show. and i would recommend this book to my homie daniel, chuy(jesús), and the other daniel. but this book is dope and anyone can really read this book if you like it.

    23. I absolutely love this series. (At the moment im up to episode 142 in Naruto Shippuden and I only started watching it around October 2015 and I havent skipped any episodes starting from the first episode ever episode of Naruto.) And so I decided to buy the manga because of how in love with this series I am. It is such an amazing and intriguing series that you cant help but become obssessed with it and it deserves its' recognition. It has a wide variety of characters, each with their own in depth [...]

    24. My second venture into manga. By the end of this 3-in-1, I am completely hooked. It starts off a bit too fast, but then you feel yourself catch up and then it becomes extremely intriguing. I got over my only complaint. I thought that the constant explanations of what happens during a battle would begin to ruin the story (make it corny?), but it became far less noticeable by the end of this book. To explain, I mean how after a character does something that is not apparent to the audience, someone [...]

    25. I love the series after reading the first volume many years ago but watched rather than read but as I'm an avid fan I decided to start buying these 3 in 1 novels and their brilliant you miss the small details in an anime and manga has these details to mull over. The art is amazing the story is awesome in the anime naruto is an annoying brat in the manga he's a prankster but isn't annoying so he doesn't say "believe it" every few minutes lol plus with the manga before between and after each volum [...]

    26. I have just recently had some interest in manga. I have never read any before but used to watch many Japanese style cartoons growing up so I kind of expected it to be similar. I wanted to start with something popular so I bought this book as my first manga. I gave it 3 stars because I had a difficult time following. The illustrations did not come across as very clear so I would often times have to go back and reread sections and look at the pictures to figure out what was going on. I also had a [...]
