    1. A very good collection regarding different cultural aspects and issues from Latin America: from the development of Latin American cultural studies, to cultural practices (capoeria, food), going through the study of particular cultural icons (Eva Perón, the intellectual) or spectacles (football/soccer, telenovelas). Obviously, there may be some other topics worth of inclusion, but overall, this is a solid collection. Highly recommended for courses on Latin American contemporary culture.
