    1. 2 stars!!Almost DNF. Fuck. I expected Julian Lodge has interesting story and lovers. But?? My expectation is lower than reality. Simply, I really hated this book. So this is why 2 stars1. Insta-fucking-lust. It didn't click for me. Even their first meet is pure coincidence, but I didn't like how Julian treated Danielle like a delicious steak after his celibate for months.2. Their menage didn't work for me. Julian-Danielle-Finn didn't make any sense. I didn't think their bonding time is enough. T [...]

    2. I thought this was a great addition to the Texas Sirens series. Julian really does play an excellent caveman right up until the very end. I loved itw, in real life, I would have to kill him--but in fantasy land, it gets me all fired up! After reading a little about Julian's past, it made me like him even more than I already did. I thought it was a nice change that the Dom was the one with the tortured past as opposed to the heroine being the damsel in distress. I really love Sophie Oak's writing [...]

    3. 2011, July 28Why is it I have such a soft spot for a tortured Dominate, alpha male? I love Julian and want him all for myself. Well I might share him with Finn. I really, really like this story. Julian captured my attention in Siren in the City. I am glad that he found so many people that wouldn't give up on him or let him give up on himself. The story made me laugh and cry and curse Dani sister and Jeremy. I really hope that Dani sister gets what she so richly deserves. Ms. Oak did a great job [...]

    4. Oh the shame! I broke down and bought this book right after I read the first two in this series today. It was great! I like Julian. He is a fantasy dom in many ways. He's rich, runs an exclusive discreet BDSM club and he's gorgeous. I know; I know. Many of my fellow readers are tired of these fantasy doms. I have to say I usually am too. But there is just something about Ms. Oak's Julian that I like. Finn and Dani added to the mix makes a very hot night. Once again, the sex in the book was flami [...]

    5. I really liked how this one started. I loved how Dani ran and ended up running into Julian. I did have to suspend my belief soon after. I really had a hard time buying into that Dani, who had no knowledge of the BDSM/D/s lifestyle would allow herself to be spanked by a complete stranger in front of her boss's husband. I knew it allowed the story to go forward, so I just went with it.I really liked Dani and Finn. I can see why Finn hid so much of himself. I really loved that both of them were abl [...]

    6. While all three of the novels in this series can be read as stand alone books, they do involve characters that have already appeared in each of the stories. As with the first two novels, the characters have a connection to an exclusive BDSM club in Dallas but the story takes place in a little community in Texas and has a strong element of mystery in it. Someone is bent on murder and that along with other elements in this novel make it a complicated but fascinating look at the formation of what m [...]

    7. I had some reservations about reading the third book in this series. Julian just seemed like such a control freak and so uptight in the other stories. In this story he is all that and then some and could be such a alphole that at times I wanted to slap him. As I read though, I found out the reason why he is the way he is and just wanted to cry for him. Dani was kinda a doormat but she was also sweet, loving and kind and she was just what Julian needed even though he didn't want to admit it. Finn [...]

    8. A review done for The Romance Reviews:Oh wow! Just when I thought she couldn't keep getting better, Sophie Oak has blown me away with the latest installment of the Texas Sirens Series, SIREN ENSLAVED. I laughed, cried, cringed, shouted, and everything else in between as I watched Master Julian's nice and orderly world come down around him--and I loved every minute of it!I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical when I found out that this book was about Master Julian and two unknown characters. I wa [...]

    9. An offshoot of the first two novels in this series, featuring the owner/Dom of the BDSM club in Dallas, TX and the man who was heavily involved in Jack Barnes & Sam Fleetwood's life (heros of the first two books. Julian Lodge is just about the most uptight Dom there is -- he has contracts with ALL his subs and will not go outside very carefully constructed boundaries in dealing with anyone, including Jack and Sam. Now he encounters Danielle who throws him completely for a loop--when he is va [...]

    10. Awesome. Sophie Oak works this genre like a master. This is not a smooth storyline. In Jack, Sam and Abbie's story we run into the usual drama but there was no guessing what they felt for eachother. It was beautiful and solid. From the beginning, Julian, Dani and Finn's story couldn't be like that because the Dom (Julian) was an emotionally damaged individual with walls around his heart that literally leapt off the page. He spent his entire professional BDSM career firmly in the controlled, struct [...]

    11. As much as Jack is still my favorite DOM and character, I have to say this is my favorite book so far in the series.

    12. Julian, Dani and Finn's story actually is one where I may have not liked how Dani treated Finn. I can understand she felt that Finn did not or could not love her because she thought he was gay but I felt she short-changed him because she fell so easily for Julian. The story highlights Julian treating both Dani and Finn badly but the story shows how the three of them come together through BDSM. In the end, the drama and action, complete with the return of a classic villain, makes for a great book [...]

    13. Julian's journey from imposing , disconnected, distant Master to a man in love was fabulous. Dani and Finn, long time best friends, teach Julian how to open his heart. In turn, he helps them embrace their submissive natures. Their menage is HOT! There is danger, intrigue and deceit along the way but an HEA when all is said and done.

    14. This review was originally posted on "Bears Read Too!"Siren Enslaved is book #3 in the Texas Sirens series by Sophie Oak.Hot damn this is a good book!If you go back to my review of Siren In The City, you'll see that I mentioned Julian.  Well I sure wasn't disappointed.  I'm a huge fan.  He is so freaking adorable.  I know some people will read the book and say that "adorable" and "Julian" shouldn't be in the same sentence but hell yeah they should!  He is an emotionally damaged gentleman an [...]

    15. Monica's Review Willow Fork, Texas has had lots of changes especially in the Barnes-Fleetwood Ranch since the first book of Texas Sirens Series. Now we have Jack’s mentor coming into town, Julian, and he has set eyes on two nice little subs, but what he does not realize is that his whole life will be changing right before his eyes. He has no idea what is coming to him but can he actually accept to start a committed relationship and actually stays in bed with them after their passionate BDSM ni [...]

    16. In a move that would have impressed Burt and Sally (think Smokey and the Bandit circa 1977), Danielle “Dani” Bay literally launches herself into the car of the Master of Masters, one Julian Lodge, in an effort to escape a loveless union and finally take control of her destiny. Welcome back to Willow Fork, Texas, the old biddies are still small minded, the gossip mills are running strong and the richest family in town, the Barnes-Fleetwoods, are still in league with the d-e-v-i-l. This review [...]

    17. DNF. I don't usually do this and I was actually really upset with myself that I didn't stick with it. ButI just couldn't. I have had this book on my To Read list for a long time, especially since it is so popular and has a ton of great reviews. The series itself even has a good overall rating. I like my menage books with an emphasis on the MM in MMF. So I knew I was going to skip right to the book that had m/m action.I am very careful about the erotica menage books I buy that have bdsm elements. [...]

    18. I read Siren Enslaved a few weeks ago. Months ago, I read the first two Texas Sirens books and I loved them but when I started this book and saw that it’s not about the same characters I was too disappointed to keep reading. But with time I got over that; especially because I wanted to read something with a nice bit of humor thrown in and Sophie Oak’s books just fit the bill.I took an instant liking to Julian, who’s got that whole tragically misunderstood thing going, although all characte [...]

    19. celebrityreaders.wordpressORIGINAL REVIEW: 4 stars -- OK, seriously fun to get glimpses back in the Barnes household. Loved this story of Julian.didn't think I would end up liking him. I meanI like plots in Erotica, but I don't expect much. I really did enjoy his transition though Entertaining and arousing.ON REREAD: 4 stars -- I'm in the middle of rereading this series (and the Bliss series) and I figured why not throw my reviews up on the blog! I pretty much agree with my original review. Obvi [...]

    20. Julian Lodge, Finn Taylor and Danielle Bay’s bookI love this Texas Siren series. Siren Enslaved is book three. We meet Julian Lodge in the first 2 books and Siren Enslaved is his book. I am so thankful that Sophie Oak gives her readers updates regarding the previous characters from the first two books. I fell in love with the trio Sam, Jack and Abby in Small Town Siren and Siren in the City so it was simply wonderful to get little snippets on how they are doing four years later. Julian Lodge i [...]

    21. Warning this book has M/M/F scenes. Julian Lodge is first introduced in Siren in the City when Jack goes to visit his old mentor in Dallas. After that I couldn't wait to read more about Julian Lodge. Julian has started to lose interest in his life in Dallas and his club so he goes to visit Jack in the country and that's wear we meet Danielle Bay. Julian takes to a liking to Danielle right away and starts to feel things he hasn't felt in months. Finn Taylor finds Danielle at the Barnes-Fleetwood [...]

    22. Veering away from Jack, Abby, and Sam, this is enigmatic Julian's story. Two new characters who've been inlove with each other for years completes the trio. Finn Taylor is now a successful lawyer and he has been discriminated since childhood because he's gay. What everyone in Willow Fork doesn't know is he's also bi, and his about-to-be-married bestfriend Danielle Bay would be the last to know.Julian goes both ways and as the successful owner of "The Club", he's jaded. Dani jumping in his car aft [...]

    23. Whether you are a longtime fan of Ms. Oak or just reading her for the first time, I can guarantee she will definitely steal your heart and have you craving more. Siren Enslaved is no different as the various subject matter throughout the story gives testament to the talent this amazing author has. Each character has emotional obstacles they need to overcome in order to reach the level of love this book promises. As the tantalizing tale continues, we see three characters in varying degrees of poi [...]

    24. Well, Finn sounded too much of a sissy for me to enjoy a threesome with two men and a girl. And I don't like sharing. But I was with Finn and not with Dani. I love Julian when he's full Master and the last part where he was supposed to leave and then came back was heart-whelming. Now I decided I won't be reading anymore Sirens in Texas. I loved Sam, Jack and Abby and that was that. It was really a fair relationship but at Dani, Julian and Finn, it feels like Dani has the upper hand and it's not [...]

    25. I really liked this book, which is the third in Sophie Oak's Texas Sirens series. This author has a way of pulling me in and making me care about her characters right from the beginning. I put this story down several times because I just knew one of them was going to do something stupid and I just couldn't bring myself to read it. I got through it, though.I only have one real complaint. The ending of the story, which was sort of an epilogue, felt thrown on. Yes, they're all together and happy, b [...]

    26. 3.5 stars.Julian's story. It was a good one, without a doubt.I liked how love changed him. I liked that he finally got someone, and he wasn't lonely anymore.I liked it very much.I wish, though, that Finn had a bigger part in their relationship. I feels like he was on the outside looking in, while Dani and Julian had a relationship. It only changed in the end, which I find disappointing. I mean, I wish he'd been more of a sub to Julian. I also would have preferred he wasn't a Switch. I think that [...]

    27. First read Apr 2012 - Liked first two better but still a great read2nd read 2/18/16 - Still agree with my first blurb. This one didn't resonate with me like the first 2. I honestly didn't remember reading this one the first time. As much as I wanted to like Julian, he just didn't do anything for me. Personal preference I think. He was written a bit stiff for me, and not in the fun way. I liked Dani a lot - she just kept putting herself out there for everyone, even knowing it wouldn't be given ba [...]
