    1. Children are beautifully inquisitive and they do ask questions about what happens when death occurs. As parents and adults who desire to give a Biblical response to these inquiring inquisitive youngsters, it is good to have the right answers. And sometimes we need tools to help us do just that. What About Heaven? is written attractively for the very young child and will capture their attention right away with the rhyming text full of the questions for which these youngsters want answers. 2. Heaven? What is this place? What and who will be there? This delightful picture book written for children to read or have read to them begins with many of the questions that children of all ages ask when considering heaven. The adorable illustrations of colorful and whimsical children enhance the text so that the reader must read on. When the questions are all asked, the author directs the reader to the scriptures to learn what God has revealed as well as the references that support those truths [...]

    3. My seven year old daughter and I have read this book several times together and we loved it. First of all, she always has a ton of questions about heaven. In her short life she has been fortunate enough to have not lost any close family members yet but she has lost quite a few pets. Unfortunately, by the time she was born, many of them were already 8-10 years old. The latest loss hit her very hard and she struggles to deal with it. Smokey was her boy. She writes letters to God on a regular basis [...]

    4. I am pleased to say that my daughter has read another book, and this is it. While this book is written for younger children--preschool and kindergarten--my 9-year-old truly did enjoy the book. Her favorite thing about the book was that there were Scripture verses that backed up everything in the book. It was a quick, easy read, and it could certainly open the doors to lots of great discussions about something that many people wonder about--heaven. My daughter didn't have any questions answered, [...]

    5. Being a member of the Tyndale Blog Network brings exciting rewards. Recently I was given Kathleen Long Bostrom's book for children What about Heaven? in exchange for my review. Rarely, am I at a loss for adequate words and for a few weeks I just kept saying 'wow' after getting my hands on this sweet melody of song. The author took into consideration all that a pure young child would ask about the afterlife and than she answered these questions with poetry and scriptural verses. This book is as p [...]

    6. This is a children's book about heaven and the questions that children ask about it. The first few pages are full of questions a preschooler might ask. The following pages answer those questions. The book is all in rhyme. A section in the back of the book, called "Bible References," answers each question from the text. The answers are given in rhyme, also, but the biblical references are not.I like that the books starts off by saying that some things we won't know until Jesus comes back. The boo [...]

    7. Another very good book to answer children's questions about Heaven, told in a gentle, nonthreatening way, with Biblical understanding. Even adults may be surprised to learn how much the Bible says about what Heaven is like.
