    1. The story begins after Chris’s time in Vegas. He is now living with Lune and his mate Ursa. Christopher is trying to deal with the choices he made and the horrible things he did while with James and V. There is currently only V left and Lune helps bring Chris back from the brink of craziness. Ellie is searching for a mentor to teach her how to handle this new “life”. She finds Cassandra, the princess of Troy. Ellie learns about “Ho Thanatos, the good and evil in their people.Even though [...]

    2. 3 - 3.5 starsI've been sitting in front of my laptop for almost half an hour and don't have a clue of what to write about this book -.- So here it goes!----- First of all, I want to thank Elyse for giving me the chance to read this trilogy in exchange for an honest review. ----------After ending up with my eyes wide open and my jaw almost touching the floor when I finished "Freewill" (Freewill #1), which I loved , I was expecting more.I liked this one but didn't blew me away.About the cover:mmm. [...]

    3. Right after I finished Freewill, I immediately wanted to begin reading Consequences because of the amazing story line and literal techniques Elyse used to lure the readers in. This was one thing that I was really happy about - I hate reading an AWESOME book and having to wait until the next is released, BUT i got to read this one right away (thanks to Elyse (:) which was great. I found that this one was a little bit of a slower read, but maybe that's because of everything that happened that it w [...]

    4. I can't wait to read the last book (see how this trilogy ends).I loved "Freewill". and "Consequences" was even better. (loved the ending) ready to dive into the next book immediately! I don't want to give much away ---but would like to quote something so very beautiful Elyse Drapper wrote in the book."if the price for that comprehension was their life; they understood freewill wasn't about physically resisting. Physical resistence isn't always possible is mentally, emotionally, and spiritually w [...]

    5. Just as surely that we have Freewill, there are Consequences to our actions. So goes the second installment in the Freewill trilogy. Christopher is living a life of isolation after his time in Vegas. Ellie is trying to find her way in the brand new afterlife. Both are living the consequences of their actions. But that is not all bad. There is a lot of spiritual growth going on and new characters have arrived to keep the plot moving along. One of my personal favorites is Artemis the beautiful wolf [...]

    6. It is rare that I read a second or third book in a series and enjoy it as much as I did the first. There is just something about writing sequels, and recapturing what was great about the original characters in a new book, that most authors can't quite pull off. This book is an exception. I enjoyed it even more than Freewill, the first book in this series. The Christopher and Ellie that we find in this book are a bit different than the wide-eyed kids that fell in love in the first book. They are d [...]

    7. ‘Consequences’, a welcome sequel to ‘Freewill’, is the second spell in the New Adult* trilogy woven by the clever writer known as Elyse Draper. We catch up with Christopher in Montana, where he now lives off the grid, while Ellie is travelling the world in search of a mentor. Once again, the author balances dark and light, good and evil, like a wonderful and experienced circus juggler. Her style, while poetic, is like a card trick where your eyes try to follow the ace that her deft hands [...]

    8. I would like to thank the author for giving me this book in exchange for an honest review. I was really torn about how to rate this one, but I am going to have to stick with 3 stars.Elyse Draper is very good at describing this world she has created. It is different from anything I have read before. This book covers A big time period, almost two years I think. Most of it was the characters talking to each other about what they had been through in the past year. I would have preferred the story be [...]

    9. When the judgment before us carries extreme perceived consequence, yet we still make the choice (whether resulting in action or inaction) -- that is freewill.Part of Human nature is to make mistakes, and learn from the Consequences. Strangely enough, the result, and the effect one has to cope with following the result, is what leaves behind the strongest impressions. Our being is changed indefinitely; colors of emotions whip, and thus grace or scar our thoughts, marking us as survivors and givin [...]

    10. Consequence starts a year after the end of Freewill and you find yourself lost and wanting to know how things got to where they are. That is just momentarily since the author incorporates the story of the missing year into the present story very effectively. One can see right way that there is a build up to something big that will happen and as you think you can predict what will happen next, the author throws you a curve ball. This book is without a doubt a page turner.

    11. Consequences a great followup to freewill! In this book we see that Ellie is learning how to control her powers! And Chris is trying to deal with the last year! Ellie and Chris are sperated but the love is still strong as every! And just when you think you know what will happen next Elyse Draper throws you a curve! As in the first book this one leaves you hanging and ready for the next one! This series is worth the read!!

    12. The second book of the Freewill trilogy -'tempting, alive and brilliant'- Elyse Draper has continued with her absolutely good storyline with her main character Elizabeth Tickle and now her everlasting soulmate, Christopher -together- They are the strongest with the author's perception of using a new fresh and exciting story for this book, CONSEQUENCES.

    13. Author has provided review copy from Smashwords via We ♥ YA Books in exchange for my fair, honest, and authentic review-copy provided August 21, 2012.

    14. Christopher now chose the life of isolation together with Lune and his mate Ursa. After his life in Vegas with James after Ellie left him, Christopher suffers the consequences and self-hatred for the horrible things he did.Now that James is dead, there's only V. And V could no longer control Christopher. Thanks to Lune who brought him back to sanity during the time he's becoming a monster. Lune's breaking V and Chris' connection created a deeper connection between Chris and Lune. Now, Chris can [...]

    15. Title: ConsequencesAuthor: Elyse DraperGenre: YA, Paranormal Dark Fantasy with some RomanceEbook: 4387 about 260 pgsSeries: Second of ThreeAs soon as I finished Freewill (book one) I started on Consequences. I’d finished a few days ago but decided to finish reading all three before I wrote the reviews. As I said before, in my review for Frewill, I love the fact that I didn’t have to wait for the next book to come out and hanging on to the cliff hanger (which I hate) for very long all I had t [...]

    16. *I received this e-book through We Heart YA Books!*So I was a little disappointed with this book. I was completely in love with the first book in this series but this sequel fell flat for me. It seemed more slow paced and there wasn't a lot of dialogue but there was a lot of reflection especially by Michael. I assume she did this to reflect Michael's character but it got a little tiring after a while. The saving grace in this book was actually the characters. The authors writes her characters so [...]

    17. This book was harder to read than the first. When I really get into a book, I usually can't put it down. With this one, I didn't have that problem. I found with Christopher telling his story of what happened with V, instead of the reader experiencing it themselves made the story hard to read.It did pick up later, and is a very original idea, and well written, but I still didn't enjoy it as much as the first.

    18. This book was different then most books i have read. I didn't get into the book until about half way through. It didn't keep my interest very well. I tried really hard to get into it. It wasn't until there was more action did i get into it. I wish it would have had more action through out the whole book and not just the end. I hope the 3rd one is better. It did have good characters and it wasn't a bad read, just not a book that personally i would read again.
