    1. I won this book from the giveaway. I received it today, read it today, and loved it today! It's pouring rain outside and it's the perfect day to read! The poems in this book are sweet, funny, sad, romantic, smart, and wonderful. It's hard to pick a favorite, but I think "Blue Moon" would make a beautiful children's picture book (as long as the ending is a happy one).

    2. A very good book of poetry. I enjoyed it so much because the poems tell stories, and I understand each of them. One of my favorites is "Wings" because it is so graphic and the images tell a beautiful but scarey story of a little girl who falls into a pool while the adults are making a home movie. I'm on my second reading now, going over the poems a little slower and relishing the details.
