    3. From the HeartBy: Crystal LinnI liked "From the Heart " . I think keeping young as a child in your heart and not sitting in a rocking chair just because I am getting older doesn't mean the fun in my life has to stop. Enjoying life needs to go on. Not sure I can do the splits anymore but there are lots of things I can do. Very enjoyable little book. I was given this book for my own honest opinion.
