    1. I'm really enjoy this new author. She is slow at getting her work out. 2 years between books and the third? Who knows when I'll get to finish. Nice new take on Elves and enjoyable characters. Well spaced out character development so you continue to read 'to find out.' Not too much recapping in the second book which I like. Hurry up Rhodes, you left me on a cliff!

    2. very chewy, almost too much. Rhodes language is alluring but redundant…I like fantasy as much as the next, and enjoyed the visual challenge after I got used to her pacing.

    3. Another good read from Jenna Rhodes. Her rapid Point of View changes take some getting used to but overall an excellent epic fantasy
