    1. This was an o.k. book. Easy reading tho' I found it a little unrealistic. When an 8 year old boy gets left behind at a gas/convenience store he ends up with a policeman and his wife who had been having martial problems due to the loss of their own 8 year old. He changed the situation between them by being with them that Christmas day. It had some good messages and enjoyable reading for the most part.

    2. I'm always looking for a new Christmas read. This is a quirky little story by a couple who annually write something as a gift for family and friends. The trouble here is that it still reads like a story told around the hearth. I like the story and think it could easily be expanded into a nice novel or film. But it's a bit rough in this format.

    3. This was a cute Christmas book with a good message. An 8 year boy is left behind when the family stops while on a trip to spend Christmas with a member of their family. The man & woman that took him in were having their own problems. A Christmas miracle occurred as the 8 year old touched their lives.

    4. Each year we read Christmas stories with the kids. This one is written by Doug's sister's father in law. A short fun Christmas tale. We loved it!

    5. A little sappy, but I always go for those at Christmas. I think the Lord has a hand in our lives more than we think. Sometimes it takes the innocence of child to teach that.

    6. Cute read for Christmas. Short book of boy left at a truck stop when his family is unaware he was using the restroom, and their travels to meet up with him again during the Christmas holiday.
