    1. 3.5 starsThis was really good! The chemistry between Ryan and Bardulf was pretty explosive. I didn't care for the long separation, which lasted most of the book, but it did make the pining for one another more believable as well as enjoyable. I wish there was more about the pregnancy though. We only got the beginning stages and the Big Reveal and then the story jumped to two years later. Interesting concept for the birthing process. I can honestly say that I've never read it done that way before [...]

    2. 4 stars! When Bardulf, alpha-hair to his pack is forced to replace his sister at a meet-and-greet with Ryan Oakley, lead singer of Bad Oak, he isn't expecting to suddenly be confronted with his mate. He has know that he's gay since many years and was sure that he would never be so lucky to find his mate. Well, he has been wrong. I really loved the immediate attractiong between Ryan and Bardulf; while I'm always quite sceptic of insta-mate plots, this one worked out fine for me. They are just grea [...]

    3. Oh lord. I am mad. So so mad.I wanted an mpreg book. The first thing you read before the blurb is “**MPREG ROMANCE**” So imagine my annoyance that the mpreg had little do with the overall plot of this story. In fact, the MCs, Ryan and Bardulf, spend 95% of the book apart from each other. What kind of author writes a “romance” where the main characters don’t interact?? A shifter/werewolf romance at that! Ryan and Bardulf meet/see each other in person on-page a totally of five times. FIVE [...]

    4. 3.5 starsI thought I was gonna be frustrated reading this. With the reluctant mate plot and all. It's even better than I expected. ;))(view spoiler)[I have to say the separation part got me frustrated. I keep wondering when they're gonna be reunited. It drove me crazy. I don't like that. (hide spoiler)]Although there's two 'name mistakes' that totally confused me. Yeah well, I still liked it!I rounded up because I love me versatile boys. I love my man acting liken. <3************************* [...]

    5. Well that was cute. It's not going to win any literary awards but we did get some growly, 'you're my mate' sex and a pregnant alpha so I'm good. I'm actually hoping we'll get more. I want Ryan's brother's story!

    6. 4.5 Stars ~ "The closer he and Ryan got to each other, the harder it was to keep from touching. Bardulf knew it was because Ryan was his mate. The urge to touch, to claim, was biological. Instinctive. Ryan, however, had no clue what was going on, and Bardulf wasn’t about to tell him five minutes before the man had to go on stage."There is nothing I love more than discovering a new-to-me paranormal shifter series with mpreg. Life doesn't get much better than that, my friends. So, when I read th [...]

    7. Rock stars revel in their sexuality and hedonistic joys. Most male rock stars will play the field with groupies constantly being thrown their way. Heterosexual Ryan Oakley is a lead singer to a popular rock band and no stranger to meaningless sex. Girls love him and want to win a kiss with him through the marketing gimmick of "kiss the band member". Each band member takes a turn kissing winners. Ryan's turn to kiss the winner and to his surprise, the winner sends a proxy…her brother.Bardulf Fo [...]

    8. 4 StarsI really enjoyed this story. The only thing that prevented this from being a 5 star read for me was it was too short and too many issues were raised and never answered or dealt with. Also the epilogue, while nice, wasn't as satisfying as it could have been becuase I wanted to know all the stuff that happened that got them to that point. This was a Mpreg wolf shifter story between Bardulf, an Alpha Heir and Ryan a human rock star that just happens to be a dormant wolf. Bardulf and Ryan meet [...]

    9. This is my first Mpreg book, giggling all the time, and I really enjoyed it!I was chicken out about reading an Mpreg book, I mean, c'monKinky much? But it happen that I liked it. A lot.Ryan and Bardulf entertained me with their cutenessLOLThis is nice, light, no twist, and hot.Yeah, kinda fulfill my requirement.I really want to read about Josh's story in book 2, I hope.Nice!

    10. A nice mpreg story. The writing was definitely better than what I encounter in most other shifter mpregs. But I have to say I’m not a big fan of the long separation plot. I don’t get why they have to be apart because they have obligations. Fuck obligations, go to your mate!Other than that, it was okay.

    11. I keep trying MPREG romance. I have yet to find one that has good enough world building to make me happy. This one did not and the the couple spent too much time apart for me to be happy.

    12. I usually avoiding read paranormal-MM book with unusual thing like tentacles, angels or other inhuman things, exceptional for vampires and shifter (NOTE : WOLVES ONLY).When I know what MPREG refers to, my first reaction is "WTF ???"My abnormal brain just refused to accept it.But I can't buried my "inner cat" not to jump in "I'm curious as cat mode" when one of my friend brought this Mpreg theme to me. Suddenly my inner cat wanna jumped out !So, yesis is my very first Mpreg reading.I did enjoy th [...]

    13. Ryan is the hot lead singer for a rock band. The PR folks come up with a contest where some lucky girl can win a kiss from him. Unfortunately, the lucky winner can’t make it, so she sends her brother, Bardulf, in for a photo-op instead. Not to be out-challenged, Ryan goes ahead and kisses the guy and sets off a string of events neither man could have predicted.Turns out that though Ryan identifies as straight, Bardulf – who identifies as gay – realizes that Ryan is his Mate. Which can’t b [...]

    14. What happens when your little sister wins a meet and greet with the band Bad Oak, but your father won't let her go? She harasses her brother, Bardulf into taking her place. Not what Bardulf Forst needs with all the problems surrounding the pack and his role as Alpha-Heir. How hard can it be to go get some pictures with the band, and kiss the lead singer Ryan Oakley? Not hard for Bardulf because he's gay, but what about Ryan? This is a quirky, fun read. It's light hearted and romantic. I enjoyed [...]

    15. 3.5 StarsIt was a pretty good story with a preggo alpha and possessiveness galore from both mcs. I'll see what book 2 has top offer :)

    16. This was one of the better mpreg stories that I've read.I have no issues with insta-love when it comes to shifters. Any other time it bugs me, but with shifters, insta-love gets a free pass.At first I was a little worried. The mating bite being given without Ryan's knowledge or consent, I was a little worried that it could take a bad turn. But everything worked out. While there were some nice sex scenes, it didn't over power the story. The world here was interesting. There is room to explore more [...]

    17. 4.5 CocktailsOh, I loved this book! Erin Leaf is a favorite of mine, and she's never disappointed me.r. "Rock Star Baby" is another win for me! This is the love story of Ryan, a rock singer, and Bardulf, the Alpha Heir to his pack of wolf shifters. They meet through a hilarious series of events, and the sparks fly right awayI mean REALLY fly. I don't want to give too much away, but what happens when the two of them are together for the first time is so primal and HOT that I had to take a break f [...]

    18. 3.5? I rounded up because I liked the (view spoiler)[ name they gave their little boy. Yeah I know that's arbitrary but still.(hide spoiler)]This was a fun read. The MCs meet very early in the story, and while not exactly believable from a famous person would never do this standpoint, it's still a hot encounter. The story progresses pretty rapidly from there, even though Ryan and Bardulf spend a lot of time apart. Ryan is on tour, Bardulf is dealing with problems within his pack, and at times yo [...]

    19. this is a 4.5 star book but I am rounding it up cause I enjoyed it so much.I just really enjoyed every second of reading its kind of one of those books that is really hard to explain why you like it so much. It just does it for me.Great sex and sexual tensionIts Mpreg - one of my favourite sub-genresIts Shifter - oooh la la need I say moreIt has a rock star - YumIt has interesting Shifter mythology AND interesting political behind the scenes shenanigans. Its got confusion, a tinsy bit of angst a [...]

    20. I have to say that this is the most original shifter story I have read to date! The plot line is so detailed and well imagined that I found I could not put it down until I had read the very last page. The characters are so well written that you feel as if you have known them your entire life and they are old friends. The world building is I have to say it again, very original, this is not your usual shifter story. If you love something different, original world building, shifters and m/m romance [...]

    21. I really enjoyed this story. Bardulf is a wolf shifter who is next in line to be Alpha. His sister wins a contest to meet and kiss a rock star, but her father won't let her go. She begs and convinces Bardulf that he should go in her place. Ryan is the rock star that puts on the contest. They have immediate sparks even though Ryan is more or less straight. Bardulf knows immediately that Ryan is his mate, but he doesn't want to rush Ryan into anything he isn't ready for. The book doesn't have them [...]

    22. I have to admit that I didn't expect to like this. But, after reading a lot of serious books lately, this one seemed like a fun, short read - even though some of the elements hinted at in the blurb sounded ridiculous. This book is pretty far out there for me, but for some reason it worked. My one complaint is that the short length of the book, the price is a little high.

    23. This a great new series that is a great break from the mundane. Ryan's a rock star and Bardulf is a alpha wolf heir. What do you get when the two are pushed together by a teen sister that sister that seems to have foresight and wisdom? There are still the old prejudices and with this new mating seems like a family line that was lost is found.

    24. I wouldnt call this an mpreg story. I mean it features but for like a couple pages And the couple spent way too much time apart apart from that I liked it but it would have been really good if the pregnancy happen even at the halfway point and played into the plot
