    1. Good Potential This is the first book that I've read where the woman's weight and race aren't constantly mentioned, kudos to the author for that. I also liked that Max wasn't some hardass or whimp but he handled business when needed too. Max and Christine are great as a couple and Martha is the perfect mediator between them. The story was grammar and error free and a great read. I laughed so many times. Now, here are the problems. Christine is inseminated with Max's sperm, and gets pregnant. Now [...]

    2. This is her best book yetI enjoyed this book so muchThis is the funniest, well written book by this author in my humble opinion. Max and Christine will keep you in stitches throughout this book. These two haphazardly found their way together after knowing each other in a frenemy kind of wayChris grandma works for billionaire Max whom he regards as a trusted family member naturally he turns to grandma for all his major decisions.cially life or death this case.potentially leaving him no heirs to ca [...]

    3. Umokay so this book was a nice read but there was a couple of times I was thinking what? while reading it. First Chris and her potty mouth was next level. In the beginning it was sort of funny and then she was just cursing at random and I was thinking. someone get this chick a bar of soap because it is out of hand.Second the name of this book doesn't exactly fit what is actually going on in the bookI guess the def of a surrogate is different to some but if it would have skipped the "Had sex befo [...]

    4. An okay readThe book started relatively well, but then quickly became a story that did not seem to know where it was going. There were a lot of grammar errors, the story would suddenly jump from one perspective to another which was confusing at crucial parts. Characters would start a conflict then suddenly disappear without a given reason. This story just had too many holes. It would have been better after a thorough spell check and a longer story to explain what all was going on.

    5. Could have been betterI think authors sometime characterize stereotypes in their books. Chris was supposed to be an intelligent h however her foul mouth sometimes came across as ignorant. Pros about the story I like the fact that they've dealt with their problems as adults, talking through them as opposed to jumping to conclusions. I liked the progression of the story would've rated higher had it not been for the occasional foul language.

    6. I really enjoyed the relationship between Christine and Max as well as Martha. They had a close unit. However the description of the book said there are no cliff hangers but it was still present because I wanted to know how Max dealt with his mother after finding out her plot to embarrass him after the wedding. What happened to Andrea the assistant who breech their confidentiality etc. Nevertheless the moments between Max and Chris somewhat made up for the other black spacesa little

    7. Decent PropositionWhen Max asked Christine to have his baby, she doesn't expect love in the process, but along the way theses friends found more than love. They found a family. Great story that I didn't expect to love but I did. The only thing I suggest is that the use of words such as knickers, ill, and university are European not American. Using pants, sick, and college work better.

    8. Good old fashioned loveI really enjoyed this delightful novel about marrying a person for convenience, just to fall in love any way. Max and Chris mother's were a trip, Gram was a mother figure to both Max and Chris, enjoying Chris cousins, uncles, and great aunt. Chef gave the support characters roles were great. Really hope there is sequel to this novel.

    9. Loved it This book was well written and had many moments where I was literally laughing out loud and smiling to myself. It was also very relatable and has well described characters that hold their places perfectly! I loved Max and Chris and her nana gave me great pleasure as she was very much like my own that passed away. I will definitely be looking for more from Mrs Etan

    10. Ummm BadI had to make myself read this book I thought it would be better that it would get better but it didn't. The story is unbelievable the scenes rushed a motion not realized. Conflicts were contrived and utterly nonsense. I didn't like either character I didn't like the way the story went and it felt like there were loose ends that were never fully resolved.

    11. Enjoyable Read:)I enjoyed Christine and Max as a couple, how they came to be a couple I should say because they had a few obstacles but not too many. I absolutely loved Gra. Gina is such a cute baby I could just picture her. The only negative for me in this book was the proofreading. Not very good. But I still would recommend this book.

    12. So goodWhat an unexpected surprise this book was. The chemistry between the hero, heroine and the heroine's grandmother was ridiculously fun. Great story, that wasn't undulated with a stupid heroine or asinine antics by outside forces. The only thing missing was the ass kicking that the hero's mother deserved. Definitely worth a read!

    13. I Want A ChildThis was a very long dragged out story. The grandmother is a very smart woman. I think she new Max has a secret crush on Christina. Max though he might not be able to have kids , dustpan illnesses. However, the test came back negative.

    14. A good read but was expecting a lot more from the ending as it seems unfinished. Whatever happened to the plans Max's mum had? Did Max ever confronted her? Did he find out about Andrea? These questions stops me from giving it a five, however I would recommend as I did love the storyline.

    15. Love this story!!!!!!This was a great book. The story was different than most surrogate books. Love the characters. The book had a good flow , I couldn't put it down. Hope there is a book 2. We need to know what going on with the mothers.

    16. Good readI enjoyed the storyline and the fact that christine did not need want or consider his money she wanted a child and knew him and considered him a friend. Also liked the twisting plots.

    17. I will say I think the author should definitely think about changing the title of this book. But other than that,it's a good read.Hope you enjoy it, too.And as always……Happy Reading!!:)

    18. Love itThis book really took me through the emotions. The book was playing through my head like it was a movie. Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.

    19. Loved it!!!At first I was a little weary about it. As I continued to read on I loved this one better than all other onesThis one is my favorite!!!!!

    20. GreatVery good story, the plot was good. Chris was a very strong willed character and I can see a little of !myself in her.
