    1. This book, along with other input (like a supportive friend or two, who really love you), is an eye-opener! There are some hard truths about codependents and their illness and this book lays them out in a way that can be absorbed if and when the codependent becomes willing. I feel much better-able to actually accomplish change and freedom having read this book. It is written in a way that is sensitive to the mindset of its intended readership, not just another book about how you got so screwed u [...]

    2. This is an excellent book dealing with co-dependency & the Christian. Those who want an over-simplification of the subject & do not really understand the problem of co-dependency might not like it. I highly recommend this book.

    3. Not all that impressed. Does a fair job of describing the problem but not much on a solution. And I kind of thought he was using nugget theology - and that drives me nuts. Other than that, it was great!!
