    1. This book appeared to be very interesting, in that it purports to be both scientific and adaptable. I found that the diet itself is not very different from many low-fat, high-protein diets. The adaptability I found to be limited. However, I did like the recipe templates that had a shared base and then used different ingredients for variety.
