    1. A very sobering story about a very strong man and his struggle with addiction. Don't read it if you are easily shocked. Makes 'Million Little Pieces' look like a walk in the park. This story is real however!

    2. Why do we hurt ourselves so terribly, when we believe we are seeking happiness? Why do some of us constantly sedate ourselves by using drugs and alcohol (as well as other addictive activities) in a never ending spiral of self-destruction? Why do some die while others survive to learn to live a sober and happy life? These are just a few of the questions raised by Jay Isip’s in his latest book, “Happy Chasing Happy – An Aimless High To Happiness” (Volume 1 – Fight Addiction). A true jour [...]

    3. ‘We are all addicted to something’Jerome - or rather Jay - Isip is one extraordinary being. He lives in a completely buff, fully tattooed well kept body and combines the roles of entrepreneur, Pro Mixed Martial Arts fighter, author, Investor, life enthusiast etc. all because he chose to create his own dreams. In this very wise, solidly written, at times gut-achingly hilarious book he leads us through his autobiography – a life as wild and mad as any author has confessed – and in doing so [...]

    4. I Know HimThis book is painfully accurate and enlightening at the same time. I found the author remarkably honest and insightful. Wow, this book defines my mental distractions and crystalizes my inner thoughts eloquently. I have been distracted and detoured from my true self for years. Happy Chasing Happy is a must read for anyone who seeks real health and happiness, not smoke and mirrors. It will help you identify your chains and how to remove them through the identification of life's stumbling [...]

    5. Jerome “Jay” Isip tells his story in Happy Chasing Happy, about how he started out with one addiction and how it leads to others to find a greater happiness or peace. Each addiction leads to a stronger, more deadly addiction, seeking a peace that would stay longer.Jay wakes up after a suicidal attempt to realize he wanted something different. When he starts training as a MMA fighter he notices he has a new addiction, fighting. The thrill and high it gives him is just as addictive as the drug [...]

    6. I received this book as a gift and I was truly lucky! This memoir is brilliantly written and the author's path is highly interesting. It's a really good book, which makes you think and I'd love to share my own opinion about it. It offers interesting and sometimes a little troubling insights into the life of an addict - the description of an addict's everyday life was quite excellent. How come that something that is so poisonous to our body can become something we will take in every single day? I [...]
