    1. This is a great book that covers 25 topics on writing each by 25 different authors who give their own unique touch to their topic.I found this both enjoyable and informative and I felt like it has both inspired and encouraged me as a writer and gave me a lot of great advice that I will be implementing in my own writing. This is easy to read and broken down into easy to read sections. I'm really glad that I read this and I enjoyed the different perspectives by all of these Christian authors.5 Star [...]

    2. This is the worst book on writing in the history of writing books on writing. The format was pretty elementary ; each section was ordered by letters than numbers-alphabetically(I cringe)The essays touted many opinions as facts or rules. This hugely irritates me. Even more annoying was this had Christian undertones(more like overtones in some spots). The book doesn't give a hint to this so I felt blindsided and lured in by this omission. So unless someone is looking for ramblings of Christian writ [...]

    3. I agree with the reviewer who said this is more of a book of encouragement than a book on learning writing technique, though there is definitely some of that too. I read this just at the time I needed it. Being a writer is hard, and it was encouraging to read about the challenging writing road of several authors I've enjoyed reading.

    4. Tips for a Christian writerI somehow missed the fact that this is tips for a Christian writer. I did see some references to some valuable reference material (in genera), but other than that I was disappointed in it being on more narrow subject matter.

    5. I settled on three stars because I feel like this book was marketed wrong. This is not a writing craft book. It's really not. Instead this is a writing encouragement book. It's the stories of, and by, 25 successful authors and how they got to be where they are now. If you find yourself convinced that your writing career is going nowhere. If you feel like there is no way you will ever make it in this business, then read this book. It will pick up your spirits and show you that authors come in man [...]

    6. Wonderful book of authors telling about their lives as writers. Each is unique with his or her experience and what they have drawn from their life.
