    1. From the beginning I could tell these two would wind up being explosive once they got together. I can understand Charlie was set in his ways but the one thing I didn’t like was how everyone in the town seemed to gang up on him. I think that if they had such issues with him, they should have spoken up much sooner. Evie also kind of pushed my buttons with how she tried to change Charlie, but later when she explained how she tried to push people away I felt more sympathetic towards her. I did lik [...]

    2. Literally just finished this story moments ago and I’m still trying to wrap my head around everything I’d read.First thought though, was that I loved it! The story was done well and I felt myself extremely connected to Evie and her crazy, out-there personality. I adored how she pushed Charlies buttons and stayed true to herself, despite her past and despite how hard headed Charlie could be. She was by far my favorite character and I wholeheartedly believe that SHE made the book great. Plus t [...]

    3. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The title says it all. A fun story about a free spirited, tattooed librarian who moves to a small town and rents a house from a strict, rule loving, stuffy high school english teacher. Charlie likes everything just so and doesn't like to compromise, he even complains that Evie isn't mowing the grass to the correct height per the rental agreement. Evie of course can't help but push back in some super creative and funny ways that cause the havoc to Charlie's peace o [...]

    4. This was a fun book to read. I laughed a lot. The story is absolutely hilarious though it does have a couple of issues in it where hinge just don’t match up. Even with that I really enjoyed reading about Evie, the newbie in the small town and Charlie, the man with OCDish behavior, that she is renting her house from. Charlie and Evie have a strange relationship. It’s a push and pull. From prim and proper to hilarious jokes. These two would make an amazing couple if he could just let her in. A [...]

    5. This was a great book, and Evie and Charlie were wonderful characters. I love a good story about opposite personalities coming together and making each other better, and that's what this story offered. The inclusion of gnomes made me laugh, but it became very romantic and sweet later in the book. There were a couple of inconsistencies that took me briefly out of the story, but those didn't keep me from loving it. I would enjoy reading more about the main and secondary characters, and I will look [...]

    6. This is my first book from this author. I enjoyed it! Well written and funny. Charlie is Evie's rigid landlord. He comes off wrong at first but then you fall in love with his quirky self. Evie is an amazing heroine. She comes from a tough background and is a very strong person. Evie is also hilarious and so great a pushing Charlie's buttons and getting him out of his tight unbreakable mold! Great character growth. Easy flowing story. HEA!

    7. Hands down. 5 stars. Love this book. The author did a great job. I couldn't put it down. The story had such a great flow. The main characters are great. Evie is a few spirit, go with the flow girl. Raised in the system and made it to her dream job of being a librarian. Charlie is her OCD landlord. He likes things perfect and checks up on her constantly. They make such a great couple after all there differences. I can't wait to read more from this author.

    8. This was my first series by Ashley Erin, and hopefully won't be my last. I loved the story between Evie and Charlie. Evie is a free spirit, go with the flow type of girl. Charlie needs plans, he needs things to go in a certain fashion. When Evie pushes his buttons, Charlie loves it, but he can't get passed that she is different than he is. Evie is sassy. Charlie is functional. I just loved this book.

    9. Loved this book. Evie is an outsider in a new town. She’s always been alone or on her own with no real relationships, but this new town has lots to promise her. A dream job, a house she loves and some friends and a landlord. Charlie is a routine man and nothing ever goes unnoticed. He doesn’t like anything that’s isn’t on the agenda or spontaneous. He’s in for a ride awakening when Evie becomes his new renter for his property. This story is very happy and made me laugh and cry too. Gre [...]

    10. I think what I enjoyed most with this book was how the two main characters were obviously quite opposite, but had difficulty seeing the hints of how they were also very similar. The hijinks with the garden gnomes added a fun feature that showed up as a theme throughout the book. Overall, a very enjoyable read!

    11. This book is my first from this author and I loved it. I love the chemistry between Evie and Charlie. I did want to smack Charlie for being so unbending but Evie made him work for her forgiveness. The gnomes were the best part of the story. I might just have to buy one for my garden. Will definitely read more from this author.

    12. First time reader of this author, looking forward to more. Uptight, rigid ocd all describe Charlie. Evie as the free spirit loving life woman who is His lodger is wonderful character, tough lively. I liked the structure of the story, it moves like liquid read in one sitting. Hea? Oh yeah! Recommended!

    13. Magical!I loved the story of Evie and Charlie! She is a free spirit who goes with the flow. He gives OCD a whole new meaning. When they meet it is magical! This is my favorite story to date by this author. I love the banter between Charlie and Evie, the way they meet, how their story plays out, and those gnomes!! I give this book a solid 4.5 star rating.

    14. This book I like from the beginning and as you get farther into the story of Charlie and Evie I find that the story is funny and such a great read. Each page I turn I'm looking forward to see how the two of them will react to the other and how someone else in their life is trying to work hard at making them end up together. This book is definitely worth getting lost.

    15. It was a fun series to read. I really liked Evie's pranks and just all around personality. I had to warm up to Charlie though. But the way he showed Evie that he loves her was amazing!!! He was the perfect book boyfriend after that. I also really liked Tash, Darcy and Guy. I wonder though, if something is going on with Darcy and Tash? I would definitely read that book.

    16. Evie and Charlie's story is a sweet and lovable story. They are opposite as people can imagine. But some how they manage to get under each other's skin. Until eventually they figure things out. I received this book as an arc. In exchange for an honest review.

    17. I loved this story of two people, who are complete opposites falling in love. But can they make it work?? It goes to show, that with compromises and love, anything is possible. I really enjoyed the secondary characters as well and would love to read Tash's story!!

    18. Fast paced, hot romantic comedy. Loved the way Evie dealt with Charlie. It's a very fun ready that I highly recommend for a very good time

    19. I loved this one! Two words. Garden. Gnomes.Wanna know more? Pick this bad boy up and read it today!! I am in love with this story!!!
