    1. Update! Free on ! This is such a great book, and Norah Wilson is such an awesome lady! Grab this now, while it's free, and sit back and enjoy a wonderful story!amazon/dp/B003ZYEXGAPolice Detective Ray Morgan and his wife, Grace, an up-and-coming reporter, have it all – jobs they love, a nice home, and the perfect marriage. Or so it seemed. But when Grace announces that she’s leaving Ray for another man… well, no one ever saw that coming, especially not Ray. Stunned and devastated by Grace [...]

    2. I didn't expect to like this book so much. You see, normally I DESPISE a heroine who is a reporter. Hate. Loathe. Run from the room screaming. But I read this because I was looking for something short and standalone that could get me through a boring shift. I was not disappointed.Ray is a Canadian cop, drinking himself into oblivion. His wife has told him she's in love with another man and has left him and their marriage behind. He never saw it coming. Hours later though, one of his colleagues c [...]

    3. Saving Grace is book 2 in the To Serve and Protect series by Norah Wilson. If you have already read book 1 i.e. Guarding Suzannah, you would have already met both Ray and Grace Morgan who were a couple even then. At first, I was surprised to know that book 2 would focus on Grace and Ray, a couple who already seemed to have everything going for them. Little did I know that there was indeed a story worth telling, and a lot of hurdles to be crossed before they both could embrace their love for each [...]

    4. The second in the series To Serve and Protect. I didn't read the first one but I think I will. This story involves a married couple. Grace, the wife, tells her cop husband, Ray, she loves someone else and leaves him. The story begins when Ray gets the call that his wife has been in a car accident. Grace is experiencing some memory loss and doesn't understand how she could betray her husband like that. But all is not as it seems sometimes and Grace and Ray find themselves on the lam from a killer [...]

    5. **3.5 stars**Very emotional and angsty read about a wife who abandons her husband because of another man. But on her way out of town, she has an accident, gets knocked in the head and forgets why she was leaving. The husband is crushed thinking that his wife could have betrayed him but nurses back to health anyway. Then, they find some weird stuff that doesn't add up and they have to uncover the mystery as to why she left the man she loved deeply. There's a lot of angst on both sides. She cannot [...]

    6. Where to start, where to start. I have come to the conclusion that I shouldn't even start reading a Norah Wilson book without having the time to sit down and read it with no interruptions. My husband found that I can become very snippy if he interrupts my reading of her books. I really enjoy romantic suspense novels and this definitely falls into my top five in that category. It probably has something to do with the fact that the guys are cops and being that my ball in chain is one I tend to lov [...]

    7. This installment is probably my least favorite of the series. I love the author's writing style and her ability to write a short story without making it seem like it is a short story. She adds the right amount of words, suspense, romance, and intrigue to make the reader feel like they walked away reading a 300 page novel. It was interesting reading this installment since I am reading the series backwards. I started with Book 3 where Grace and Ray are introduced as a very happy couple and somewhe [...]

    8. Wow! That was great! I loved the emotions in this story, they were really the suspense part of this romantic suspense! Fortunately for me, and my tendency to hold my breath, the true suspense was pretty short lived! I really enjoy stories about married couples who work their way through trauma and come out better on the other side! I am going to be looking for more from this author!!

    9. This book started out really good and lost momentum and my attention in the last 1/3.The Good: I love a good amnesia themed book. I don't know why. They all tend to be pretty similar to tell the truth. I just like the way we readers discover who the character is and what makes them tick along with said character. Or, in Grace's case, find out why she was really leaving her husband who she loves with her whole heart (according to Grace, herself). This book really fit the bill when it comes to tha [...]

    10. 3.5 stars rounded up to 4. I just preferred book 1, which I gave 4 stars to. Got as a kindle freebie.Still, this was a hugely enjoyable read.Grace Morgan left her husband Police Detective Ray Morgan, stating she was leaving for another man, but that very night is involved in a car accident and has no memory of leaving her husband or indeed another man. Ray is advised to not tell her this, as it could do more harm than good, but struggles as he still loves his wife but is dealing with feelings of [...]

    11. 2.5 Okay StarsGrace Morgan has an accident and loses her most recent memories, but ask her anything prior to a few days ago and she can tell you every detail. She's a newspaper reporter and married to a cop.Ray Morgan is a cop and married to Grace. Although, he's not sure how much longer they will be married for?. He's under the impression his wife left him for another man. He's ready to write her off, even if he will miss her and loves her like crazy, until he gets that dreaded phone call no on [...]

    12. Saving Grace really touched my heart as I read page after page. Ray is sitting at home drinking, after finding out his wife left him for another man. He gets a call that Grace had a wreck and is in the hospital. Ray puts his bruised and battered emotions to the side, when he goes to the hospital. He finds out his wife has amnesia. She has no recollection of leaving him, or ever have another man in her life. Once Grace is back home Ray takes care of her. When he finds out their life is both endan [...]

    13. I really enjoyed this one. Character development was great, plot was well thought out and I plowed through over 500 pages in one day. Norah Wilson did an excellent job of twisting the story to have you constantly turning pages to see what was going to happen next. I predicted several things, but a really good read none the less. The story unfolded well but kept you involved and the chemistry between the characters was done very well to me.There was a good deal of emotion that drew me in. Normall [...]

    14. I don't have a lot to say about this book. I read this because I needed something simple and relaxing to read. I need that a lot lately. GrrrI love high school but it takes away a lot of my time and adds a lot of stress. Either way, this book was pretty good. I loved the connection between the two characters, they were just so sweet. Grace wants to be with Ray but he won't let her and she has no reason why because she lost her memory. They suddenly she pulled out of her confusion so fast that sh [...]

    15. I've read a few other romantic suspense books recently and they were justt very good. So I went into this book without high expectations (and thinking it was one of the other ones I had read), but fortunately it surprised me with how much I enjoyed it. Sure you knew from the beginning that what Grace said happened obviously didn't, but it was so much fun watching her and Ray figure out what happened and try not to hurt each other. It was really sweet how much Ray cared even though he thought Gra [...]

    16. This was a quick and enjoyable read. I thought it was well written, and I was engaged in trying to figure out the mystery. In the end I was convinced the couple would be happy together, but I did struggle with them both claiming that the marriage was so happy and yet we discover they were lying or hiding things from each other. I understood Rays history and how that impacted, but I never quite got what led to Graces moms behaviors that so impacted her. I also didn't get why Grace didn't go to Ra [...]

    17. This is the second book in the Serve and Protect series and the second of the series that I have read, the first one being Needing Nita.Although this was a full length novel, there seemed to be more happening in the novella than in this book. There was more in-fill in this but you also didn't hear about things until the end when really they weren't that relevant any more. There were hints about their marriage and how she acted and his attitude towards her but nothing was really said until the en [...]

    18. Not a fan of crime mystery stories but these two were a wonderful couple totally devoted to each other and hero was an angel thinking his wife had a lover and was pregnant with his child and still treating her with respect and love. And poor heroine had amnesia and was tortured by thinking she could have cheated on her husband whom she loves with all her heart! Nice angsty read!

    19. Two-haiku review:She's in accidentWas she really leaving him?She can't rememberVery thrilling plotAnd very deep emotionsEnding reveals moreRead this freebie last year, then re-read after reading first book in series. P.S. Love the New Brunswick, Canada setting!

    20. Not as great as the first book but still a worthwhile read! I love Norah's H/h's!

    21. Great Read!!I liked this book even more than the first in the series and I really liked that one. Expertly woven tale that does an amazing job of descriptions that you can truly relate to and like the characters.

    22. Not as good as the first one. Grace made really stupid decisions and Ray took way too long to figure things out.

    23. Ray and Grace Morgan had been married for over four years when out of the blue Grace breaks the news to her husband that she is leaving him, for another man. Ray never saw it coming and Grace leaves town taking pretty much nothing with her. A while after she leaves, Ray gets a phone call that will change his life over the next few weeks. Grace was in an accident. Her vehicle rolled and she was at the hospital. What's worse is that even though she remembers most things, there are some important m [...]

    24. This is my first Norah Wilson and what a read it was. Fast, fun and smooth. This story, the second in her Serve and Protect series is about Grace and Ray Morgan. Grace and Ray are happily and into their 5th year of marriage but things are starting to crumble like a house of cards. Ray is hurt and mad that Grace has left him for another man. But when Grace gets into an accident on the way to her secret lover and Ray gets the call to come get his wife; she can't remember that she not only left him [...]

    25. “Saving Grace” by Norah Wilson, serve and protect #1, is a suspenseful romance involving a wife who has no memory of leaving her husband for another man and a cop determined to take care of the woman he married, even if protecting her costs him dearly. Grace can’t remember the origin of thousands found in her possession due to the concussion suffered in the wreck that occurred while she was fleeing town. Ray is contacted because he’s legally her family. Despite the situation, he goes to [...]

    26. I believe I got this several years ago from when it was free.Ray Morgan is a cop in Canada. He has been married to Grace for a five years but she has just told him she is leaving and never coming back. Then Ray gets a call from his boss saying that Grace has been in a very bad car wreck and she is at the hospital. Grace survives the crash but has severe memory loss. She doesn't remember that she left Ray or anything leading up to why. "Dr. Greenfied said you'd probably have random blanks. There [...]
